Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, typically monthly unless specified otherwise.
- Charges appear on your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
Regional Pricing & Taxes
- Prices, currency, and tax treatment vary by country or region.
- Local tax invoices are issued where required by law.
Auto-Renewal
- Plans renew automatically so benefits continue without interruption.
- Update payment details promptly to avoid disruption.
Cancellations
- Cancel any time from the Business Portal or by contacting support.
- Access remains active through the paid term; no partial refunds for unused time.
Failed Payments & Dunning
- We retry failed payments several times and notify you to update billing details.
- After repeated failure, the subscription may pause and premium benefits will be removed.
Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing if applicable.
- Downgrades complete at the next renewal to preserve current benefits until then.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed by the payment provider unless Auxano Market is the merchant of record.
- Refund eligibility may be subject to local consumer protection rules.
