Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, typically monthly unless specified otherwise.
  • Charges appear on your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

Regional Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices, currency, and tax treatment vary by country or region.
  • Local tax invoices are issued where required by law.

Auto-Renewal

  • Plans renew automatically so benefits continue without interruption.
  • Update payment details promptly to avoid disruption.

Cancellations

  • Cancel any time from the Business Portal or by contacting support.
  • Access remains active through the paid term; no partial refunds for unused time.

Failed Payments & Dunning

  • We retry failed payments several times and notify you to update billing details.
  • After repeated failure, the subscription may pause and premium benefits will be removed.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing if applicable.
  • Downgrades complete at the next renewal to preserve current benefits until then.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed by the payment provider unless Auxano Market is the merchant of record.
  • Refund eligibility may be subject to local consumer protection rules.
  • For billing issues, reach out to hello@auxanomarket.lk with your transaction reference.
